Delivering the goods: Thoughts on the future of ILL

IThis paper will explore initiatives, projects and innovations taking place around the world in the inter-library arena. It will discuss all aspects of ILL from patron initiated requesting, unmediated requesting, copyright, electronic document and home delivery, as well as policies and fee management. We will discuss alternatives to ILL - buy it options and how they can be integrated in to inter-library lending workflow and the library workflow as a whole.
