Rethinking Resource Sharing : What If We Should Start From Scratch?
The Rethinking Resource Sharing Initiative started in the U.S. in 2005, led by an informal group of librarians and vendor representatives. Attendees at the 7th Nordic NVBF ILL Conference were introduced to some of the Initiative's concepts. Since then, many more organizations and people have embraced this movement toward new ideas and concepts in resource sharing.
This presentation, given by the current Chair of the Steering Committee, will provide an update on the Rethinking Resource Sharing Initiative.
